At STM Tuned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your STM Tuned account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from wear, odors, or laundry scents.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
