STM 1000HP Intercooler for 2017+ Audi RS3
Upgrade your 2017+ Audi RS3 intercooler with the STM Intercooler that is made in-house from a 1000 HP-rated Garrett core with tig-welded, aluminum end tanks and bead-rolled outlets. Pressure tested to 50 psi. This intercooler features a stock-replacement fit and will bolt right up to your factory couplers!
Testing results on our stock 2018 RS3, we saw gains of +18 peak HP with similar TQ gains from 4000-6800 RPM. This increase in power helped us knock off just about 1/10 of a second through the quarter mile (testing done on our AWD 500 Mustang Dyno). It also gained us 2.8 MPH!! The last test we decided to do was a 40-130 roll. With the new STM FMIC installed, we were able to knock 1.74 seconds off!!! We would expect much larger gains from modified and tuned cars.
Vehicle Fitment:

• NON USDM models require the USDM crash bar in order to fit without cutting, otherwise cutting or removal of stock crash bars will be necessary.
• You can reuse your OEM clamps, but if you'd like to upgrade, we recommend these Vibrant 2.75" T-Bolt Clamps (2794)
• 2022 models do not need the spacer.

What's the Spacer For?
We include the billet spacer with every intercooler. It is only used if your RS3 has the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) to mount the sensor. The stock bracket will not fit with the larger intercooler.
